Delivery and Returns
You should receive the products ordered promptly and in excellent condition. Products should be despatched within two working days of cleared payment. Our products are genuinely made by hand and each batch is slightly different. If you are unhappy in any way with the products delivered please email us at newforestsoaps@aol.com . We will replace any damaged or defective products including the cost of postage and packing. We may ask you to return damaged or defective products at our expense.

We only supply products within the UK and the Channel Islands.

Cancellations
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order you can do so by email to newforestsoaps@aol.com at any time up to 7 working days after you receive the products. Please return the products to us unused and in the condition in which you received them. On receipt we will refund you the cost of the products less a reasonable charge for any used, damaged or missing products but not the post and packing cost. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

Accuracy of content
We have taken great care in the preparation of this site as we do our products. We do not use any detergents, artificial fragrances, synthetic colours or chemical preservatives in our soaps. However, everyone's skin is different and particularly sensitive skins may react differently to the products. If you have very sensitive skin we would suggest testing for a few days on a small patch of skin.

Law
This website and any contract arising from it shall be governed by English Law and the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
